1. (1) a quote by a member or participant is provided in response to a request for a quote submitted by 1 or more other members or participants;
2. (2) the quote is executable exclusively by the requesting member or participant; and
3. (3) the requesting member or participant may conclude a transaction by accepting the quote provided to it on request.
