community benefit society

157a society registered (or deemed to be registered) under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 which fulfils the condition in section 1(2)(b) of that Act or a society registered (or deemed to be registered) under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 which fulfils the condition in section 1(2) of that Act.
