EEA authorisation

(in accordance with paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 to the Act (EEA Passport Rights)):73

(a) in relation to an IDD insurance intermediary 126 or an IDD reinsurance intermediary 126, registration with its Home State regulator under article 3 of the IDD 126.16
(b) in relation to any other EEA firm, authorisation granted to an EEA firm by its Home State regulator for the purpose of the relevant Single Market Directive or the auction regulation 73.4 16
