76a transaction involving a regulated sale and rent back agreement under which a SRB agreement seller, in return for the sale of a qualifying interest in land in whole or in part to a SRB agreement provider, is granted, or any member of his family is granted, a right to occupy the land in question as, or in connection with, a dwelling, and intends so to occupy it.
