equity release mediation activity

any of the regulated activities of:

1. (a) arranging a regulated mortgage contract (when carried on in relation to a lifetime mortgage) or a home reversion plan;
2. (b) advising on a regulated mortgage contract (when carried on in relation to a lifetime mortgage) or a home reversion plan; or
3. (c) agreeing to carry on a regulated activity in (a) or (b).
