(1)66 (in PRR69) a person that provides a guarantee.14

(2) (in DISP) an individual who:66

1. (a) is not a consumer (as defined in DISP); and66
2. (b) has given a guarantee or security in respect of an obligation or liability of a person which was a micro-enterprise or small business as at the date that the guarantee or security was given.66
