contract of significance
(in UKLR282) a contract which represents in amount or value (or annual amount or value) a sum equal to 1% or more, calculated on a group basis where relevant, of:
(a) in the case of a capital transaction or a transaction of which the principal purpose or effect is the granting of credit, the aggregate of the group's share capital and reserves; or
(b) in other cases, the total annual purchases, sales, payments or receipts, as the case may be, of the group.31
