- (a) an account at a bank which:
- (i) holds the money of one or more clients;
- (ii) is in the name of the firm;
- (iii) includes in its title an appropriate description to distinguish the money in the account from the firm's money; and
- (iv) is a current or a deposit account; or
- (b) a money market deposit of client money which is identified as being client money.3
