APER 1.1A.9GRP
(1) APER 1.1A1 refers to the authorised person in relation to which a person is an approved person. It also refers to an approved person of a firm.1(2) Under section 59 of the Act (Approval for particular arrangements) there are two kinds of approved person. 2(1) The [UK RIE] must be able and willing to promote and maintain high standards of integrity and fair dealing in the carrying on of regulated activities by persons in the course of using the facilities provided by the [UK RIE].
