SUP 7.3.3GRP

BIPRU 8.4.19GRP
Although an investment firm consolidation waiver switches off most of this chapter, a firm should still carry out the capital adequacy calculations in BIPRU 8.3 to BIPRU 8.8 as if those parts of this chapter still applied to the UK consolidation group or non-EEA sub-group and report these to the FSA. SUP 16.2.1GRP
(1) In order to discharge its functions under the Act, the FSA needs timely and accurate information about firms.
