1. (a) an EEA insurer or UK insurer; or29
2. (b) an approved credit institution; or 29
3. (c) a friendly society (not within (a)) which is authorised to carry on insurance business; or 29
4. (d) a firm whose permission includes dealing in investments as principal with respect to derivatives which are not listed; or29
5. (e)61 a MiFID investment firm61 whose authorisation (as referred to in article61 5 of6161 MiFID 61 ) authorises it to carry on activities of the kind referred to in (d).529
