Part 30 exemption order

an order under regulation 30.10 of the General Regulations under the US Commodity Exchange Act, issued by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on 15 May 1989, granting a person exemption from the registration requirement contained in Part 30 of those General Regulations.5
