non-discretionary management agreement

    an agreement for the non-discretionary management of investments:

      1. (a) under which the firm agrees to conduct a regular review of the suitability of the client's account or portfolio, based on an assessment of the client's requirements; and
      1. (b) that sets out the client's investment objectives, investment strategy, and attitude to risk, the intervals at which the portfolio will be reviewed, and the arrangements for consulting the client about proposed investment decisions.2
