2(in relation to a class of contract of insurance) the class of contract of insurance, specified in paragraph 12 of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Regulated Activities Order (Contracts of general insurance), against damage arising out of or in connection with the use of vessels on the sea or on inland water, including third party risks and carrier's liability.
