  1. (1) (in relation to COBS) any or all of the rules in COBS 4 that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.
  2. (2) (in relation to ICOBS) ICOBS 2.2.
  3. (3) (in relation to MCOB) 81any or all of the rules in MCOB 3A that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion, but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.81
  4. (4) (in relation to BCOBS) all or any of the rules in BCOBS 2 that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.
  5. 74(5) (in relation to CONC) any or all of the rules in CONC 3, that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.
  6. (6) (in relation to CMCOB) any or all of the rules in CMCOB 3, that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.123
  7. (7) (in relation to FPCOB) any or all of the rules in FPCOB 4, that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.137
  8. (8) (in relation to PRIN) any or all of the rules in PRIN that impose requirements in relation to a financial promotion (including, in particular, Principles 7 and 12 and the rules in PRIN 2A.2 PRIN 2A.5 and ) but only to the extent that they apply to a financial promotion.145
  9. (9) (otherwise, in accordance with section 417(1) of the Act) a rule made under section 137R of the Act.145
