214(in COBS 19.11) a relevant pension scheme member who has rights under a relevant pension scheme which are attributable (directly or indirectly) to a credit under section 29(1)(b) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 or under corresponding Northern Ireland legislation.
