IDD insurance intermediary

160(a) as defined in article 2(1)(3) of the IDD, any natural or legal person, other than an IDD insurance undertaking or an IDD reinsurance undertaking or their employees and other than an IDD ancillary insurance intermediary who, for remuneration, takes up or pursues the activity of insurance distribution; or
(b) an IDD ancillary insurance intermediary.
