3. (c) a ‘UK branch prescribed responsibility’ in Chapter 6;173

of the part of the PRA Rulebook173 called Allocation of Responsibilities;173(2) (for firms covered by the Insurance - Allocation of Responsibilities and Large Non-Solvency II Firms – Allocation of Responsibilities parts of the PRA Rulebook) a prescribed responsibility or a third country branch prescribed responsibility as defined in those parts; and173(3) (for firms covered by the Non-solvency II Firms - Allocation of Responsibilities part of the PRA Rulebook) a small non-directive insurer prescribed responsibility as defined in that part. 173
