LME bond arrangement

    59an arrangement for the segregation of money held by firms on behalf of US customers for transactions undertaken on the exchange operated by the LME, which is an alternative to complying with condition 2(g) of the Part 30 exemption order, and which has been established in accordance with certain no-action letters issued by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
