FCA controlled function

152a controlled function which is specified by the FCA under section 59 of the Act (Approval for particular arrangements) in:83

(a) (for relevant authorised persons) the tables in SUP 10C.4.3R (Table of 85FCA-designated senior management85functions for relevant authorised persons); or83
(b) (for other firms) the table of FCA controlled functions.83
