K-NPR requirement

15the part of the K-factor requirement calculated on the basis of the NPR of a MIFIDPRU investment firm in accordance with MIFIDPRU 4.12 where the firm is dealing on own account (whether on its own behalf or on behalf of its clients) and the relevant positions do not form part of a portfolio for which the firm has been granted a K-CMG permission.
