an adjustment to the price 32 of a unit determined by the authorised fund manager of a single-priced authorised fund32, under COLL 6.3.8 R (Dilution)or, as the case may be, CIS 4.6.4 R (Dilution adjustment) for the purpose of reducing dilution.
