71176(in accordance with regulation 2(1) of the Electronic Money Regulations) a branch established by an authorised electronic money institution, in the exercise of its passport rights, to issue electronic money, provide payment services, distribute or redeem electronic money or carry out other activities in accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations in an EEA State other than the United Kingdom.
