82 189(in accordance with regulation 2(1) of the Electronic Money Regulations):

(a) a person included by the187 FCA 187 in the187 Financial Services Register 187 as an authorised electronic money institution pursuant to regulation 4(1)(a) of the Electronic Money Regulations; or
(b) a person deemed to have been granted authorisation 187by virtue of regulation 74 of the Electronic Money Regulations.
