35(in relation to a group liquidity reporting firm) a DLG by modification (firm level) that is not a UK DLG by modification. A firm with a non-UK DLG by modification (firm level) cannot also have a UK DLG by modification.(Guidance about this definition, and its inter-relation with other related definitions, is set out in SUP 16 Annex 26 (Guidance on designated liquidity groups in SUP 16.12).)
