relevant asset pool

70(in RCB) (as defined in Regulation 1(2) of the RCB Regulations) in relation to a regulated covered bond the asset pool from which the claims attaching to that bond are guaranteed to be paid by the owner of that pool in the event of the failure of the issuer.
