3. (c) a regulated mortgage contract other than a lifetime mortgage as required by MCOB 4.4.1 R (1) and set out in MCOB 4 Annex 1;
4. (d) an equity release transaction as required by MCOB 4.4.1 R (1) and set out in MCOB 8 Annex 1;
5. 47 (e) a home purchase plan as required by MCOB 4.10.2 R and set out in MCOB 4 Annex 1; or
6. (f) a non-investment insurance contract in accordance with ICOB 4.2.4 G to 4.2.6 R and set out in ICOB 4 Annex 1 G .
