a body corporate registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 207 as a credit union in accordance with the Credit Unions Act which is an authorised person or a body corporate registered under:207

(a) the Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985; or207
(b) the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969,207
