34(in accordance with Article 4(17) of the Banking Consolidation Directive (Definitions) and Article 3 of the Capital Adequacy Directive (Definitions)) a parent financial holding company in a Member State which is not a subsidiary undertaking of an institution authorised in any EEA State or of another financial holding company set up in any EEA State.
