home purchase mediation activity

any of the following regulated activities:

1. (a) arranging (bringing about) a home purchase plan (article 25C(1));
2. (b) making arrangements with a view to a home purchase plan (article 25C(2));
3. (c) advising on a home purchase plan (article 53C); or
4. (d) agreeing to carry on a regulated activity in (a) to (c) (article 64).
