  1. (1) (in PR) (as defined in section 103 of the Act) any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in any part of the United Kingdom.10

(2) (in relation to an underwriter and for the purpose of BIPRU but not for the purpose of the definition of working day 0) the number of business days after working day 0 specified by the provision in question so that, for example, working day one means the business day following working day 0.10
