13(in relation to a share, debenture or other investment in, or external contribution to the capital of, a firm) an amount that represents a reasonable estimate of the part of the coupon on that instrument that reflects the cost of financing generally but excludes costs reflecting factors relating to the issuer, guarantor or other person to whom the instrument creates an exposure.
