IMD reinsurance undertaking

22(as defined in article 2(2) of the IMD ) an undertaking, other than an IMD insurance undertaking or a non-member-country insurance undertaking, the main business of which consists in accepting risks ceded by an IMD insurance undertaking, a non-member country insurance undertaking or other IMD reinsurance undertaking.
