9 10the regulated activity, specified in article 61(2) of the Regulated Activities Order, which is in summary: administering a regulated mortgage contract where:130

(a) the contract was entered into by way of business on or after 31 October 2004; or130
(b) the contract was entered into by way of business before that date and is a legacy CCA mortgage contract.130
