rules in COLL made by the FSA under section 247(1) of the Act 37 (Trust scheme rules)37 in relation to:

1. (a) the constitution, management and operation of AUTs;
2. (b) the powers, duties, rights and liabilities of the manager and trustee of any such scheme;
3. (c) the rights and duties of the participants in any such scheme; and
4. (d) the winding up of any such scheme.311
