(1) (in LLD) a technical provision as defined in the insurance accounts rules.14
(2) (in PRU) a technical provision established:14
1. (a) for general insurance business, in accordance with PRU 7.2.12 R ; and14
2. (b) for long-term insurance business, in accordance with PRU 7.2.16 R 3 .14
