  1. (a) (in relation to a specified investment) the investment specified in article 82 of the Regulated Activities Order (Rights under a stakeholderpension scheme) which is rights under a stakeholder pension scheme in (b);
  2. (b) (in relation to a scheme) a scheme established in accordance with Part I of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and the Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations 20005.
