1All the firm’s business areas, including the front line, are affected by winding down and will bring their unique perspectives to crafting a strategy and a documented plan.

A sensible approach might be to set up workshops with representatives from various business areas. Each workshop will explain the principles of wind-down planning to these representatives and work with them to analyse the processes and resources of each business area.

These workshops will provide the knowledge, expertise, insights and data to be used in the wind-down planning exercise.
