DISP 2.4 To which activities does the Consumer Credit Jurisdiction apply?

DISP 2.4.1R06/04/2008

The Ombudsman can consider a complaint under the Consumer Credit Jurisdiction if:6 10

(1)
it is not covered by the Compulsory Jurisdiction; and6 10
(2)
it relates to an act or omission by a licensee in carrying on6 10
1. (a)
  one or more consumer credit activities; or6 10
2. (b)
  any ancillary activities, including advice, carried on by the licensee in connection with them.6 10
