Article 1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

1. (a)

   "reporting entity" means the entity designated in accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402;

2. (b)

   "data cut-off date" means the reference date of the information reported in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1224.
