An ‘article 2.1(j) activity’, as referred to in article 72J(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 shall be considered to be ancillary to the main business of the group if those activities 1constitute a minority of activities at group level in accordance with Article 3.
