Article 3 Identification of counterparties and other entities

A report shall use a legal entity identifier to identify:

  1. (a)

    a beneficiary which is a legal entity;

  2. (b)

    a broking entity;

  3. (c)

    a CCP;

  4. (d)

    a clearing member;

  5. (e)

    a counterparty which is a legal entity;

  6. (f)

    a submitting entity.
