Article 1 Reporting by the institutions on an individual and consolidated basis

An institution permitted to use internal approaches for the calculation of risk weighted exposure amounts or own funds requirements (except for operational risk) shall submit to its competent authority all the information referred to in Articles 2 and 3 on an individual and consolidated basis.
