  1. (1) (in relation to a UK RIE239) any of the requirements applicable to that body under the Recognition Requirements Regulations.
  2. (2) (in relation to a body applying for recognition as a UK RIE239) any of the requirements under the Recognition Requirements Regulations which, if its application were successful, would apply to it.
  3. (3) (in relation to an ROIE239 , or to an applicant for recognition as an ROIE239) any of the requirements in section 292(3) of the Act (Overseas investment exchanges and overseas clearing houses).5
