structured deposit regulated activities

161any of the following activities, specified in Part II of the Regulated Activities Order (Specified Activities), which is carried on by way of business in relation to structured deposits:

1. (a) dealing in investments as agent;
2. (b) arranging (bringing about) deals in investments;
3. (c) making arrangements with a view to transactions in investments;
4. (d) managing investments; and
5. (e) advising on investments (except P2P agreements).
