1. (a) authorised person;
2. (aa) authorised payment institution and its EEA branches;36159
3. (ab) small payment institution;36159
4. (ac) agent of an authorised payment institution or small payment institution;36159
5. (aca) authorised electronic money institution and an EEA branch of an authorised electronic money institution;55160
6. (acb) small electronic money institution;55160
7. (acc) agent of an authorised electronic money institution or small electronic money institution;55160
8. (ad) credit union, municipal bank and the National Savings Bank where such persons provide a payment service or issue electronic money;55160 36 159
9. (b) AUT;
10. (c) ICVC;
11. (d) recognised scheme;
12. (e) recognised investment exchange;
13. (f) recognised clearing house;
14. (g) individual to whom a prohibition order relates;
15. (h) approved person; and
16. (i) person within such other class (if any) as the FSA may determine; except as provided by any transitional provisions.2
