APER employer

160(in relation to an approved person whose approval is given under SUP 10A (FCA Approved Persons in Appointed Representatives)):

1. (a) the appointed representative in relation to which that approved person performs the controlled function in SUP 10A; and
2. (b) the authorised approved person employer.
