86(in accordance with paragraph 14(2)(a)(ii) of Part 2 of Schedule 3 and paragraph 26(4)(a)(ii) of Part 3 of Schedule 3 to the E-money and Payments Transitional Provisions Regulations), as the case may be, registration as a registered account information service provider under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, that a person is taken as having under paragraph 14(2)(a)(ii) of Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the E-money and Payments Transitional Provisions Regulations, or under paragraph 26(4)(a)(ii) of Part 3 of Schedule 3 to those Regulations.
