FMI activities

155(in accordance with regulation 3(5) of the DSS Regulations) any of the activities of:

1. (a) operating a trading venue; or
2. (b) carrying on one of more of the following functions in connection with an FMI sandbox instrument:
   1. (i) maintenance;
   2. (ii) notary; or
   3. (iii) settlement.
