103a listing of non-equity shares and non-voting equity shares other than:

1. (1) non-voting equity shares issued by a company that is a closed-ended investment fund unless it has a listing of equity shares in the closed-ended investment funds category;
1. (2) non-voting equity shares issued by an open-ended investment company;
1. (3) non-equity shares and non-voting equity shares issued by a company that is an investment entity but not a closed-ended investment fund or an open-ended investment company; and
1. (4) preference shares that are specialist securities,

where the issuer is required to comply with the requirements in UKLR 16 (Non-equity shares and non-voting equity shares: requirements for listing and continuing obligations) and other requirements in the listing rules that are expressed to apply to such securities in this category.
